Emma is a Certified Coach with a career spanning decades in mental health. She has a deep understanding of neurodivergence, shaped by both her professional and personal experiences.

Emma was diagnosed with ADHD aged 40 after years of recognising her own symptoms in neurodivergent clients.  Her symptoms became more pronounced during perimenopause, offering her a new lens through which to view her experiences.

Spending over a decade as a single parent, Emma faced the challenges of raising a child with undiagnosed ADHD, navigating the impact on his schooling, behaviour and their relationship.  These experiences drive her passion for helping others, especially families, better understand and manage the complexities of neurodivergence through trauma-informed, practical support.

With an additional role as a step parent now, Emma understands the complexities of the different needs a blended family brings.  Emma also has the benefit of years of experience in managing teams and working in corporate environments, adding another environment in which strategies have been needed to adapt and flourish.

Emma works with individuals, families, schools, and workplaces to foster resilience, executive functioning skills and improved mental health.  She blends her professional expertise with humour, compassion and creativity, making her approach both relatable and effective.

Emma is particularly passionate about supporting families, women with late diagnoses of ADHD and those navigating the complexities of menopause.  She understands the unique challenges these life stages present, including the emotional overwhelm, struggles with time management and the feeling of being lost amidst life’s demands.  Emma helps her clients make sense of the chaos and frustrations that often accompany these experiences, empowering them to break free from cycles of self-doubt, overwhelm and hopelessness.

Through tailored coaching, Emma enables her clients to develop practical strategies to restore a sense of control and balance.  She also addresses issues like rejection sensitive dysphoria and emotional regulation, all while fostering self-compassion and removing the shame that can accompany late diagnoses.  Emma’s holistic approach has helped numerous clients fast-track their journey toward clarity, resilience and joy.  Whether through bespoke coaching or structured plans, Emma’s goal is to help you feel understood, equipped and confident in creating meaningful change in your life.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys interior design projects, tackling ambitious DIY tasks, and diving into craft projects—one or two have even been finished!  She’s also been teaching herself to crochet for over 25 years and considers herself a lifelong learner in both crafts and life.

Emma brings a unique mix of lived experience, professional knowledge and creativity to her work.  Emma’s mission is to help people feel seen, understood and empowered to embrace their potential.
