Michelle is a Masters qualified coaching psychologist who works to support parents, professionals and adults and children with ADHD.

Michelle was late diagnosed with ADHD, dyspraxia and dyscalculia at 37 years of age.  Up to that point, ADHD had never been suggested so she lived for 37 years not realising and knowing this was why she was so different to her peers and finding things so much more difficult.  This may resonate with you too!

When Michelle was trying to get help for herself she realised there was not much available and she struggled to navigate the system.  This is why she now does what she does via one to one coaching and awareness.

She has 20 years’ experience of coaching, mentoring and delivering inspiring talks to young people and adults and qualified with her Coaching Psychology Masters in 2015 from UEL following her Psychology Degree in 2005.

Subsequent to her late ADHD diagnosis, she now predominantly coaches and supports those with ADHD so they don’t have to go through what she went through.  Her typical clients include adults, parents and young people – helping them navigate the neurotypical world and system that is not set up to accommodate their ADHD brains.  This is her passion now, to help people with ADHD overcome these challenges and to change the current perception of ADHD.

She has won many awards and grants including the Haberdashers’ Grant and funding from Investec’s ‘Bromley By Bow’s Beyond Business’ programme which enabled her to set up a social enterprise.

She also receives one to one business mentoring and coaching from Ernst & Young, Lloyd’s and BT.  Michelle also has published research in a highly regarded coaching journal in 2015.

When she is not working Michelle loves to read, watch crime documentaries, boxsets, listen to podcasts – favourites being Parenting Hell and Staying Relevant – and going for walks with her therapy dog Marley.
